Refund Policy
At DJ Soniktomic, we strive to ensure that every event is a memorable and enjoyable experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations:
Event Cancellation:
If an event is canceled by DJ Soniktomic or the event organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Ticket Purchases:
All ticket sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact our support team at (www.djsoniktomic.com) for assistance with ticket transfers.
Event Rescheduling:
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.
Refund requests for rescheduled events must be submitted to (soniktomic@gmail.com) with your order details.
Refund Request Process:
To request a refund for eligible circumstances, please contact us at (djsoniktomic@gmail.com) with your order number, name, and reason for the refund request.Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party vendors.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the event, unless it is determined that DJ Soniktomic failed to deliver the agreed-upon performance.
